Professional Biography

Erin Wilkins is Press Ganey’s Chief ​Administrative Officer. As a talent architect, Erin designs and implements internal strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining an engaged workforce. In addition, she and her team create learning and performance solutions that support Press Ganey’s clients.

Prior to her current role, Erin developed a keen sense of the health care industry through 13 years in operational and leadership roles at Press Ganey. Most recently she served as Senior Vice President, Learning and Corporate Solutions, where she was responsible for guiding her teams in partnering with client executives to drive transformation, accelerate improvement, and achieve enterprise-wide health system objectives. Before that, she was a Regional President in the Sales & Client Management department, where she played an integral role in developing strategic partnerships with several large health care systems and working with them to deliver on the Press Ganey mission of reducing suffering by supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

Before joining Press Ganey, Erin was an assistant vice president at Aon Consulting, where she was responsible for employee engagement research, culture assessment, and change management consulting. She also directed the company’s national body of research on workforce commitment in the health care field and authored multiple articles on cultivating workforce commitment and culture change. Prior to Aon Consulting, Erin was a change management consultant for Accenture, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies across the United States.

Erin completed her undergraduate work at Mississippi State University and earned her MBA from the University of Miami. Her professional accomplishments include being recognized by Human Capital magazine as a “Human Capital Leader” and completing the Nashville Healthcare Council Fellows program.
As Press Ganey’s Chief Administrative Officer, Erin Wilkins designs and implements internal strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining an engaged workforce, and develops learning and performance solutions that support Press Ganey’s clients. Erin previously held positions as both Senior Vice President and Regional President at Press Ganey.
