Fostering “esprit de corps”, a common spirit of unity and pride, builds enthusiasm, support, and teamwork amongst employees, especially in times of stress or crisis. Organizations can encourage this by creating opportunities for employees to connect, build relationships with their teammates, and to have fun.

During this session we will share new national well-being trends and insights from Press Ganey’s database that highlight the importance of interpersonal connections. We will also hear how healthcare leaders are improving the well-being of their employees by encouraging camaraderie and enjoyment at work.

We will review:

  • National trends and insights in employee resilience, well-being, and engagement
  • How focusing on interpersonal connection can drive well-being and help build a more resilient culture
  • Real examples of building esprit de corps and bringing back the fun
