Tamera Sutton will lead strategy and delivery for Press Ganey’s nursing excellence solutions, quality products, and NDNQI
Press Ganey, the renowned leader in transforming the human experience (HX) across the healthcare ecosystem of patient, employee, member and consumer journeys, today announced the appointment of Tamera Sutton, MSN, RN-BC, to Vice President of Clinical Products Delivery. Sutton will lead strategy and delivery for Press Ganey’s nursing excellence solutions, quality products, and the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI).
Tamera’s is a highly capable leader with decades of experience in healthcare information technology, client communications, and direct clinical care. Her unique perspective will help Press Ganey continue to develop clinical products that support nursing excellence and integrate seamlessly with patient care processes to enable the best possible experience for nurses and patients.

Sutton is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare informatics, information technology, and operational and clinical project management. As a bedside registered nurse for Baylor Scott and White Health, she spearheaded educational programs for patients and caregivers, oversaw the implementation and improvement of Baylor Scott and White’s electronic medical record, and championed multiple technology implementations. Sutton is also ANCC board-certified in Nursing Informatics and a member of the American Nursing Informatics Association, the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the National Association of Professional Women.
I am thrilled to have the opportunity to continue innovating and developing nursing excellence products supporting clinicians at a national level as I join the team at Press Ganey. I look forward to bringing my expertise integrating data and informatics to Press Ganey clients to improve both the patient and caregiver experience.
