Press Ganey, renowned leader in patient, member, employee and consumer experience across the healthcare ecosystem, today announced the appointment of Daniel Schreiber to the role of market president. He will assume responsibility for client partnerships in Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Schreiber brings two decades of experience guiding healthcare organizations to navigate disruption, with a focus on business strategy, business development, value-based care, human capital strategy and operations. He has partnered with leading health systems to shape customized solutions across the enterprise, optimize clinical quality, improve operational and financial performance, and create best-in-class digital and patient/consumer access strategies.
Dan will be instrumental to Press Ganey’s organizational leadership, and we have tapped him to oversee a key market and bring his expertise directly to clients and executives in the region. In his new role, Schreiber will work closely with C-suite executives and oversee Press Ganey’s relationships with some of the nation’s largest for-profit health systems, academic medical systems, community and regional hospitals, and other healthcare organizations that interact across the continuum of care. In addition to his client-facing responsibilities, he will direct all business operations within the market, including strategic development, continuous growth, talent attraction and talent retention.
