An example of applying the patient feedback we receive can be seen in our women’s services department at Erlanger East Hospital. This team, which recently received a coveted regional “Best of the Best” rating for the 14th year in a row, reviewed their Press Ganey feedback and made substantive changes to their processes and standards.
