HX SSER® Reduction Award
Celebrates organizations who achieved a 50% or greater reduction in system-level Serious Safety Event Rate (SSER), along with strong safety culture perception and healthy trend reporting.
HX Zero Harm Award
Recognizes organizations with member facilities who have gone one year in the given time period without a Serious Safety Event.
