Expands Solutions with Leading Patient Safety and Reliability Consulting Firm

Boston, Massachusetts, September 1, 2015 – Press Ganey  today announced the acquisition of Healthcare Performance Improvement (HPI), a leading patient safety and reliability consulting and coaching firm. HPI’s capabilities bring the critical dimension of safety to Press Ganey’s suite of performance improvement solutions, further expanding the company’s ability to help its clients reduce patient suffering.

The integration of the HPI team enhances the consulting portfolio by adding specialized expertise in improving human performance in complex systems, using methods based on reliability science and industry best practices.
