Anne Wellington leads the Patient Experience, Clinical, and Safety business at Press Ganey, which encompasses the solutions portfolio spanning patient surveys, digital rounding, experience analytics, and quality and safety tools. Her work focuses on unifying product strategy across these domains and integrating experience insights directly into clinical and operational workflows through deep partnerships with other platforms like Epic and Microsoft.
Under Wellington’s leadership, the team has introduced innovations such as real-time positive recognition—using AI to surface and deliver expressions of patient gratitude to frontline staff—and is advancing ambient listening analytics to derive insights and signals from untapped sources like call transcripts and digital interactions.
