Program Description

Press Ganey Review Requests is an SMS program operated by Press Ganey Associates, LLC (“Press Ganey”). The program delivers text messages to individuals who have opted in to receive requests to share feedback about recent healthcare experiences. Messages are sent via SMS to the mobile phone number provided by the participant.

Opt-In and Consent

You may opt in to the Press Ganey Review Requests SMS program in one of the following ways:

  1. By texting START to the Press Ganey short code after receiving an invitation to join the program; or
  2. By providing consent through a participating healthcare provider, where you agree to receive text messages requesting feedback about your care experiences as part of the provider’s registration, intake, or communication preference process.

By opting in through either method, you consent to receive text messages from Press Ganey related to feedback requests for recent care experiences. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving healthcare services.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

Carrier Liability Disclosure

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the Press Ganey Review Requests SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
