I so admire the dedication of caregivers and clinicians to their work—work that is incredibly demanding, both physically and emotionally. It’s truly awe-inspiring. I love playing a small part in that—helping them be more successful in their work by sharing data insights that point to the success factors. When health systems and providers understand the organizational and process factors that drive optimal outcomes, they not only improve care for patients, they also improve the experience of providing that care and everybody benefits.
