Register now for the eleventh session of our Safety 2025 High Reliability Learning Series (HRLS) on Wednesday, May 12, at 11 a.m. ET, to continue to advance your commitment to safety through learning and sharing across the Press Ganey client community.
As part of Press Ganey’s ongoing commitment to advancing the industry to zero harm, we invite you to access our signature Safety 2025 High Reliability Learning Series, an online forum designed to facilitate peer-to-peer learning and sharing of best practices to enhance health care safety culture.
On Wednesday, May 12, Dr. Tejal Gandhi, Press Ganey’s Chief Safety & Transformation Officer, will lead the next session in the series, “Designing an Action Plan to Reduce Workforce Harm,” which will address the state of workforce harm across the health care industry and offer insights regarding the national landscape. Joined by Press Ganey safety and reliability experts Alan Bennett, Manager of Strategic Consulting, and Carole Stockmeier, Senior Vice President of Press Ganey’s Safety & Reliability Solutions, this session will review the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s National Action Plan to Advance Patient Safety and provide actionable strategies for reducing workforce harm.
Additionally, the session will dive into recent Press Ganey research, including the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators® (NDNQI®) nurse harm data, that identifies the negative impact COVID-19 has had on safety culture.
