Press Ganey, the renowned leader in patient, member, employee and consumer experience across the healthcare ecosystem, today announced the appointment of Michael Warren to the role of Market President for the Great Lakes region in the U.S. He will assume responsibility for client partnerships in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Minnesota. In his role, Warren will work closely with health care organization leaders in the region to drive growth and improve patient, clinician and staff experience.

Warren brings more than two decades of deep industry expertise providing strategic guidance to health systems, health plans, and healthcare technology companies. He comes to Press Ganey following more than seven years at AVIA, a privately held professional services firm dedicated to advancing digital transformation for health systems, where he was a part of the founding team. He has also held sales and client engagement leadership roles at Sg2 (a subsidiary of Vizient) and Merck & Co, and he started his career at Deloitte Consulting.
