Press Ganey Expands Provo Operations to Support Needs across Health Care Industry

State-of-the-art 60-person facility extends Press Ganey’s leading service capabilities

BOSTON--()--Press Ganey today announced the expansion of its Provo, Utah, operations to include a new call center dedicated to capturing patient feedback to help health care providers engage consumers in their care. The investment provides Press Ganey’s clients with additional support in connecting with patients nationwide to understand the overall experience of care at medical groups, hospital systems, rehabilitation centers and other settings. Press Ganey now employs more than 1,100 associates, and the Provo facility will support Press Ganey’s growth as the company expands its breadth of solutions and, in particular, its data collection capabilities.

The facility launched its expanded services on January 2, 2018, in support of the company’s digital platform, which includes mobile technologies as well as phone and mail outreach. Today, Press Ganey partners with more than 33,000 health care facilities in capturing patient feedback to drive engagement and improve outcomes.

The Provo facility currently processes feedback from more than 24 million patients annually and is expected to collect feedback via phone from 125,000 patients this year.
