Press Ganey Names Melissa Masopust Market President

BOSTON (July 12, 2022) Press Ganey, renowned leader in patient, member, employee and consumer experience across the healthcare ecosystem, today announced the appointment of Melissa Masopust to the role of market president, assuming responsibility for client partnerships in Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming.

Masopust brings to the role a forward-thinking, business development mindset with more than 25 years of experience collaborating with integrated healthcare systems, public and private teaching institutions, academic medical centers, faculty practice plans, and community hospitals. Throughout her career, Masopust has demonstrated innovative approaches to relationship development, business growth, organizational transformation, and strategic and operational excellence.

In her new role, Masopust works closely with C-suite executives and oversees Press Ganey’s relationships with some of the nation’s largest for-profit health systems, academic medical systems, community and regional hospitals, and a multitude of other healthcare organizations that interact across the continuum of care. In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, she directs all business operations within the market, including strategic development, continuous growth, talent attraction and talent retention.
