This award recognizes clients who have shown continuous improvement – comparing quarterly scores over two years. Winners of the award for patient satisfaction must have shown improved scores in their respective database for at least three of the four eligible periods. Winners of the award for clinical core measures must have shown improvement across four measures sets and be among the top 3% in the overall improvement.
