Presented at our annual National Client Conference, these awards recognize the recipients’ efforts to improve the quality and safety of patient care while providing a positive and collaborative environment for employees and physicians.

Every year, our award-winning clients submit narratives describing the programs and initiatives that led to their success. These are compiled into our annual Press Ganey Awards Book. It is a great source of inspiration and best practices for health care professionals seeking proven and innovative approaches to the challenges they face.
Partner of Choice Award
This consummate award is presented to clients who have achieved the ultimate in stakeholder satisfaction — attaining scores in the 90th percentile or above in the last reporting period for their patient, physician and employee surveys.
Patient Voice Award
This award recognizes academic medical center (AMC) clients who have achieved superior patient satisfaction as demonstrated by their HCAHPS performance compared to AMCs in the Press Ganey database.
Best Place to Practice Award
This award recognizes clients who have reached and sustained the 95th percentile on their physician surveys for two consecutive reporting periods that are not more than 24 months apart.
Distinctive Workplace Award
This award recognizes clients who have reached and sustained the 95th percentile on their employee surveys for two consecutive reporting periods that are not more than 24 months apart.
Summit Award
This award recognizes clients who have maintained consistently high levels of excellence in patient satisfaction or clinical core measures for a minimum of three consecutive years.
Top Improver Award
This award recognizes clients who have shown continuous improvement — comparing quarterly scores over two years. Winners of the award for clinical performance must have shown improvement across four measures sets while winners for patient satisfaction must have shown improved scores in their respective database for at least three of the four eligible periods.
Success Story Award
This award recognizes clients who have demonstrated innovation and leadership to measurably improve patient care, clinical quality or physician or employee partnership. Recipients are selected from among the stories sent in response to our annual call for submissions.
