Overview

Every year, nearly 2,000 health care professionals interested in improving the quality and delivery of health care gather at the Press Ganey National Client Conference. They come from every sector of health care seeking innovative strategies, fresh ideas and real-life applications of successful programs they can implement at their own organizations.

If your organization has used Press Ganey data, improvement solutions or resources to achieve performance excellence – growth; improved satisfaction and engagement; efficiency; clinical quality or safety; smoother operations; enhanced referrals; increased volume – we invite you to respond to this call for presentations.

This is your opportunity to be selected to share with your peers the cutting-edge, innovative programs and processes your organization has implemented to improve quality, patient satisfaction and clinical excellence. Your experiences “in the trenches” can provide invaluable insights and perspective to help advance the improvement efforts of your health care colleagues.

To submit your presentation proposal, complete this online submission form. Complete a separate application for each presentation topic you wish to submit for consideration. Be sure to complete the entire application once you begin entering your information. You will not be able to save the application and return to it later.

Important Dates

February 2012	Call for presentations opens.
March 19	Initial presentations due. The deadline is 5:00 p.m. Eastern time – no exceptions.
June 22	Finalists will be notified via email by June 22.
TBD	Presenter and co-presenter packets due. The deadline is 5:00 p.m. Eastern time – no exceptions.
Nov. 12-14	2012 Press Ganey National Client Conference in Washington, D.C.

Selection Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated by the conference planning committee based on the following criteria:

• Originality of material.
• Relevance and importance of topic.
• Learning objectives.
• Practical application of materials.
• Speaker qualifications.

Application Process

• Go to the online submission form.
• Complete the presenter information (and applicant contact information if necessary).
• Complete the information about your presentation. We recommend that you type your answers into a Word document before you begin the process and then copy and paste your answers into the online form.
• Review your entry and click the submit button.
• You will receive an email confirming that your presentation submission has been received.
