To make your hotel reservation, call the hotel at 301.965.4000 and tell them you are attending the Press Ganey National Client Conference. The cutoff date has passed but there are some rooms still available for $254/night plus taxes if you mention the Press Ganey block. Hurry and make your reservation today before they’re gone.

Hotel Payment

When making your reservation, a credit card will be needed to guarantee your room. Please note that a one night deposit is taken at the time of booking. Do not include hotel payment with your conference registration payment. You may pay for your hotel with a check, cash or credit card at the end of your stay. The hotel will only accept advance payment up to 14 days prior to your arrival with your confirmation number.

Hotel Changes and Cancellations

To make changes to your hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly at 301.965.4000. Changes must be made no fewer than three business days before your arrival.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Shuttle Service
The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center has its own shuttle service. Shuttles run from 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., departing approximately every 20 minutes. Advance reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 800.660.8000, prompt #3. If you choose not to make advance reservations, tickets are also available at the SuperShuttle desk at any airport, located near baggage claim. If your schedule is beyond the hours provided by the Gaylord National, you may contact SuperShuttle directly at 800.258.3826 to make reservations.
