Conference Pricing

Registration fee: $1,350

Attendee Substitution

If you have registered for the conference but cannot attend, you must cancel your registration by sending an email to Press Ganey at conference@pressganey.com. You then must register the new person online at conference.pressganey.com.

Conference Cancellations

Cancellations must be sent to Press Ganey at conference@pressganey.com. Cancellations must be made in writing by Monday, Oct. 22, to receive a full refund. If cancellations are made after Oct. 22, or if a registered attendee fails to show up, the full registration fee will be charged.

Attire

In November, the temperature in Washington, D.C. is typically in the high 50s during the day and the low 40s in the evening. Casual attire is appropriate for all sessions and evening functions. It is difficult to control the meeting room temperature so you may want to come to the sessions prepared with a sweater or a jacket. Press Ganey will do its best to make room conditions comfortable.
