PRESS GANEY ONSITE REGISTRATION
You can stop by to pick up your registration packet on the following days:
Sunday, ​Nov. 11: 4:30 - 7:00 p.m. 
Monday, Nov. 12: 7:00 a.m. - 12:​15 p.m.

After 12:15 p.m. on ​Monday, Nov. 12 you may pick up your registration packet at the Press Ganey Information Desk located in the Convention Center.

ATTENDEE SUBSTITUTION
If you have registered for the conference but can no longer attend, you must cancel your registration by emailing conference@pressganey.com and register the new person online​.

SPECIAL GROUP DISCOUNT 
If your organization sends five people, the sixth registration is half price. Or, send 10 people and the eleventh registration is free. To take advantage of these special group discounts, please email our events team at conference@pressganey.com.

​CONFERENCE CANCELLATION


To cancel your registration you must send an email to events@pressganey.com. Cancellations must be made in writing by Oct. 12 to receive a full refund. If cancellations are made after ​Oct. 12, or if a registered attendee fails to attend, the full registration fee will be charged.


JUSTIFICATION LETTER

This conference is a valuable educational opportunity with more than 80 sessions, and all qualify for continuing education credits.

The justification letter makes it easy for you to explain the benefits and ROI of attending conference in order to garner approval.
