ATTIRE
In November, the temperature in Orlando is typically in the low 80s during the day and low 70s in the evening. Business casual attire is appropriate for all sessions and evening functions. Casual attire is appropriate for the Celebration on ​Tuesday evening​.

It is difficult to control the meeting room temperature, so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions. Press Ganey will do its best to make room conditions comfortable.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

The National Client Conference is worth 10 contact hours; the Executive Leadership Conference is worth​ 6.5 contact hours. Additional hours are available through the pre-conferences.

CPXP
We will offer Patient Experience Continuing Education credits (PXEs) through the Patient Experience
Institute (PXI). PXEs can be applied towards Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) applications and/or to maintain certification designation.

CPHQ
This activity will be submitted to the National Association for Healthcare Quality for CPHQ CE credit.
