|  2017 NCC Highlights

The annual Press Ganey National Client Conference is our premier patient experience conference, convening nearly 3,000 health care leaders from across the continuum of care in a dynamic and collaborative learning environment.

The 2017 event, Journey to Excellence, brought together expert perspectives, best practices and strategies for improving the safety, quality and experience of patient-centered care.

From powerful keynotes, inspirational videos and thought-provoking breakout sessions, each element of the conference reinforced the message that achieving true excellence in patient-centered care requires innovation, leadership and an engaged and committed workforce. On this shared journey to excellence in health care, the patient must remain at the center of all decisions as we move forward in improving the delivery and experience of care.

 2017 NCC Opening Video

Press Ganey’s Opening video for the 2017 National Client Conference  recognizes the importance of humanity in achieving health care excellence and celebrates the value that every member of the health care team brings to that journey. Adam Popp’s story, featured in our opening video is tremendously moving. His health care journey beautifully illustrates the healing power of compassion and empathy, and the invaluable contributions each and every member of a care team can make. Many attendees plan to share the video across their organizations to recognize and celebrate the important work they do, and the impact they can make in their patients’ lives.
