Press Ganey’s outstanding consulting service includes more than 100 personal Consultants ready to help our clients. Consulting throughout the process—from survey setup and data interpretation to onsite training and improvement guidance—is part of being a Press Ganey customer, and all at no extra cost.
First, we help you manage your data.
When you engage us for a measurement and improvement program, we’ll assign a Consultant to work directly with you to ensure smooth, hassle-free implementation that makes the most sense for your organization’s needs. This includes unlimited daily phone and email sessions and quick responses—within three hours—to any questions you might have, from monitoring data transmission to tracking survey responses.
Next, we show you how to make improvements.
Your Press Ganey Consultant will work with you to sort through reports and take action. This includes:
- Assisting you with data analysis
- Interpreting your survey results
- Recommending solutions
- Answering your questions
- Suggesting special reports, custom research analyses, and peer group comparisons
- Helping you set goals based on your priorities
We even make house calls.
Establishment of your survey program begins with an onsite visit by your Press Ganey Consultant. He or she will train your staff on interpreting reports, accessing data with eCompass, and developing solutions for improvement and best practices.
