Scoring Big in Satisfaction
The Press Ganey Compass Awards recognize the health care facilities whose satisfaction scores have shown the greatest improvement over the past two years. Satisfaction scores are analyzed across multiple service categories. Winners must have improved their mean score ratings by two points or more and have one of the three highest scores within their category.
