Michael J. Dowling, President and CEO of Northwell Health, Named Innovator of the Year by Press Ganey

Boston - Press Ganey today honored Michael J. Dowling, President and CEO of Northwell Health, with its 2018 Innovator of the Year Award. The award was presented by Press Ganey CEO Patrick Ryan at the organization’s annual National Client Conference in Orlando, Florida, in front of an audience of more than 3,000 health care professionals.

The Innovator of the Year Award annually recognizes an outstanding leader who has challenged the status quo to improve the overall safety, quality and experience of care and who has advanced the health care industry through disruptive change.
