Partnership Provides Consistent Patient Experience Measurement Platform Across Facilities on Three Continents

, a private hospital group providing acute care and specialist-oriented multidisciplinary hospital services in South Africa, Namibia, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), signed a multi-year agreement with Press Ganey to better understand and improve the patient experience across the organization’s 69 hospital campuses. Using Press Ganey’s census-based surveyingTM approach, Mediclinic will capture deeper patient experience data to generate insights and pinpoint opportunities for actionable improvement specific to each of the facilities’ unique patient populations.
